| Bio: | So this is me, ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} blackmoth, fulfilling a request of my EMac professor at my school, M I C A .I almost decided to use my original journal but knowing that an assload of people are going to be trompsing through this url I thought it better to keep this a little more separate. This place is where I get to type about our class, respond to essay prompts (I'm assuming) and just be a digital whore, in general (but what else would you expect??) For those of you out of the MICA bubble, EMAC is a class called Electronic Media and Culture, based around the roles of technology and art together, and what's coming up in this 'digital age' in relation to artists and the world in general. You already know this is so far up my alley it's almost to the end...when it gets there, a block party will ensue, so be prepared because this lj is IN FOR IT! For the rest of you that don't know who the hell I am yet, here are some helpful pointers: All things that have been commissioned or requested or that I've stumbled into making on my own. My devart site which usually stays a little more up to date, because I'm a lazy ass with bmstudios. My darling little e-zine that I've had to drop due to time/energy constraints to focus on other things for a while. But so far I've interviewed CEX, Jason Khan, Mauzi, Alejandro in PDC, Mexico, and almost Telefon Tel Aviv but they bailed at the last minute. What's a girl to do? Get on it. Use it, abuse it. For all your idm/glitch/hiphop/everything else. Pay no attention to the site design because I didn't do it, but this is my boyfriend's music site. I'm pretty involved in all his shit so I feel like his music and his musical career are a part of my own, as well. He also writes glitchpop with this mancheesmo, Peter, in Belgium. It seems to gather fans from all across the globe and all over the musical map. IDM for your girlfriend (but maybe not your mom) My Emac instructor's site.
